Because Whimsy Girls operates in Texas, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a Texas address. Those who live outside Texas will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on Whimsy Girls, but should consult applicable tax laws in their state.

International Orders / Shipping
Whimsy Girls is pleased to offer international shipping on select items. To inquire about a specific product and receive a shipping quote, contact us at CustomerService@WhimsyGirls.com.
Please include the following fields in your correspondence:
- Product Name & ID Number
- Shipping Address – including Country & Postal Code
- Telephone Number (optional)
Whimsy Girls customer service will gladly get back to you by the next day of business. Please note that any applicable duties or taxes imposed by the international destination country will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping from Whimsy Girls is within 24 hours if the item is in stock. Some items ship within 10-14 days. Please be advised that during Halloween and Christmas season, the shipping will vary and there are some deadlines for ordering to receive the product on time. Please watch the main website for information.
Please also note that items ordered M-F will often be shipped in 1-2 days (see item or contact us if rush is required) however, items ordered on Saturday (after 10am Central) or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or the next available shipping day (USPS holidays). If there is any kind of delivery delay, you will be advised.

Whimsy Girls offers gifts certificates to help you give the perfect gift every time. Our gift certificates are available in $25 increments and will surely delight the lucky recipient. Whimsy Girls is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. The following conditions apply:
- Items must be returned in original condition (no damage) and in original packaging within 7 days of original arrival to your home
- No items purchased from Sept 30-Oct 31 can be returned unless for a different size of the same item or unless it is within 3 days
- Cost of re-shipping to your location for an exchange will be at the customer's expense
- Shipping is non-refundable
- Shipping will not be returned if an attempt was made for delivery and a notice was left, but it was never picked up
- Refunds will only be made after we receive the item back
Whimsy Girls works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed.
